Mumbai: IT major Wipro on Wednesday ruled out taking over scam-hit Satyam Computer or Maytas Infra.

"We have no interest in taking over Satyam or Maytas," the Wipro Chairman, Azim Premji, told reporters. A company official also said that Wipro is not approaching Satyam's clients or employees.
