The Congress has finalised the list eight candidates for the elections to fill the vacancies in the Legislative Council. Election will be held to fill 11 vacancies. The Congress can win on its own eight seats. The candidates are Messrs K Rosaiah, Tippeswamy, Amos, Yadava Reddy, Rajalingam, Rudraraju Padmaraju, Basavapunnaiah and Shabbir Ahmmed.
