TDP & PRP's Are these manifesto drafts can really be implemented?

It has become a race between parties to promote their party welfare programs in the form of manifestos. The first step towards it are the draft manifestos which are crude form of original manifestos.
Today PRP and TDP have released their draft manifestos which focus on various aspects for development of poor.
But the innovativeness and look of reality in the ground situation was really missing in these manifestos.
They merely looked like public attractive programs which cannot be implemented in reality. If PRP focussed on the issues like corruption of present political parties which is to be dealt by an investigation by a sitting judge as soon as PRP comes to power. Already there are enough cases which are remained in pending and what will happen with one more committee joining the band wagon? Free power for farmers in villages for nearly 10 hours. What happened to the words spoken by TDP and Congress regarding this free power? The most difficult task to be accomplished in reality. Focus on women welfare schemes like "PASUPU KUMKUMA" where a newly born girl child would get some amount deposited in the bank which turns to Rs. 1 lakh when she attains the age of 18.
When people are struggling with problems of present, who will look for the future what is going to happen after 18 years? Supply of all the raw cooking materials in the kitchen for all white card holders for just Rs. 100. Can PRP please tell people, what are the items that are really needed for cooking for a white card holder? Oldage pension to be further increased by Rs. 500. It will be a great burden state exchequer which loose its prominence as soon as they come to power. Provision of nearly 10 lakh Govt. jobs in the State with in the next 3 years. When the present Public Service Commission is lying under with unsolvable court cases, how can it be possible to provide 10 Lakh jobs? Distribution of fertile land upto 2.5 acres or 5.0 acres barren land to rural landless poor. Many committes have found that there is no surplus land in the State, from where do Chiranjeevi bring this land from? There are numerous number of such dead promises in this PRP manifesto.
TDP doesn't want to stay in second position in this drafts. They focussed on all major crisis in the State and tried to find out some solution with logical interpretations.
Providing Color TVs to all rural poor is the special among their manifesto as they want to enlighten the rural voter with electronic media. Its just a copy cat program which has been a big failure in Tamil nadu. Division of poor into Poorest of the poor, Poor and Middle class and providing them with monthly income of Rs. 2000, Rs.1500 and Rs. 1000 respectively which will be directly deposited into the bank accounts of females in the family which can be withdrawn using debit cards. Although UMMA REDDY VENKATESHWARLU spoke extensively about the success of this kind of program in nearly 30 countries and appreciation by UN, FAO and other organisations, this program is really horrible which treat people as real beggars. It focusses more on cash deposition rather than raising the earning power of people. Revitalisation of RAJEEV AROGYASRI scheme by adding further more diseases to the treatment list. When there is a need to concentrate on raising the standards of hospitals in rural areas and medical facilities in Govt. hospitals, why concentrating more on CORPORATE style of treatment. Govt. really turning into a mediator role only with the moto of transfering money to STAR insurance companies. Still there are many promises in this draft which really makes CBN, a "ALL FREE BABU". Congress will release its manifesto soon, stay tuned for further more shocking promises........
