The newly appointed Committee on Telangana by Congress Government looks like a funny deal, as per many politicians in opposition. Even KCR declared it as a game of mad men (Pichcholla Aata). The funny thing happened with the committee is that, even Rosaiah for few hours after the declaration of committee in his Chiarmanship is unaware about the issue.
Rosaiah yesterday said that, this committee has been appointed by the State Government, only after taking it for granted that division of Telangana from the present state is imminent.
The committee would look after only into the problems that are going to be arised with partition, viz. Capitals for two States, Sharing of water resources, Sharing of revenues till date etc and this committee doesn't deal with taking of opinions from people and political leaders about sepearation of State.
If this is the case which is perfectly meant to be right, then why SONIA GANDHI hasn't publicly declared about the necessity of Partition and why she gave a slogan 'HAI ANDHRA PRADESH' at the end of her speech in Parade gorund. On analysing from all these angles, it is clear that old man ROSAIAH has been undoubtedly treated as a DUMMY CASE, as he has been appointed a Chairman to the committee which doesn't have any rules or regulations or for that matter no subject. Its a dummy committee and a still dummy chairman.
