Offensive case which was filed earlier by the layers from all over the state in various magistrate courts against the producer A.M.Rathinam, director Perarasu and actor Vijay for depicting generally the advocates with disrespect sequences in the Tamil film Sivakasi.
In response to it the defendants also claimed that the sequences in the film was full and full imaginary and nothing depicted others in any way directly or indirectly more over particular scene which supposed to be irrespective was also removed added defendants.
Further decision was dated 16 July, while it came for enquiry headed by Judge R.Raghupathy, lawyer Bhiman supportive for the defendants (Sivagasi Team) and advocate union leader S. Prabhakaran supportive to advaoctes opened their argument over this case.
And after the crucial argument finally the Judge concluded with a question, that whether if the defendant apologizes regarding this case will the petitioner agree?
For which S. Prabhakaran replied that they welcome it if the court analysis and do favor by not allowing such an incident further by getting the written apologize statement from the defendant coming to court and present themselves in court and sign it.
