- Sit on the bench with a back support in a squat rack machine.
- Grab the bar,which is placed above shoulder level,with a wide grip as shown in the video.Lift it and bring it over your head.
- Keeping your back straight and wrists straight,bring the bar down towards your chest,till the chin level.Inhale as you bring it down.
- Push it straight back up,exhaling as you go up.
- You can also perform this exercise while standing.
