Arnold Press is among the few shoulder exercises which help to build muscles.It is similar to the dumbbell shoulder press exercise,but the technique is a little different.It is in the must-do list of bodybuilding workouts of anyone interested to gain muscles.It focuses primarily on the shoulder muscles.

- Sit upright on a bench with your back firmly rooted to the support.Grab two dumbbells and hold them to chest level,with palms facing towards you.
- Next,take a deep breath and push the dumbbells upwards,just like in a conventional dumbbell press,but twist your wrists in the upward motion so that at the top of the movement,your palms face outwards.
- Exhale as you push upwards.
- Inhale as you bring the dumbbells down,while twisting your wrists,to the starting position.
- Avoid jerking and incorrect form.Shift to lighter weights if you cant perform the exercise properly with heavy weights.
