The weight loss of Sonam Kapoor was the most talked about point in Bollywood till some recent times.Studying in Singapore,Sonam Kapoor weighed 86kgs,and had junk food and did not care about what she ate.This not only made Sonam Kapoor overweight,but also fat. However,soon Sonam Kapoor started a weight loss program and lost around 30kgs,to her now svelte figure.

According to Sonam Kapoor,her mother was the chief guide of her weight loss program.
  • Sonam Kapoor says that her mother kept her off chocolates,ice creams,fried food and junk food.
  • Sonam Kapoor started her day by sipping warm water with some honey in it.
  • Sonam Kapoor started having 6 small meals in a day,beginning the day with oatmeal and fruits.
  • After the workout,Sonam Kapoor had brown bread with egg whites,and followed it up with protein shake and juice.
  • Sonam Kapoor’s lunch consisted of dal, sabzi, one ragi roti, salad and a small piece of fish.
  • Sonam Kapoor ate high fiber crackers with egg whites as snack in the evening.
  • Dinner for Sonam Kapoor consisted of soup,salad and a piece of chicken or fish.
  • Sonam Kapoor avoided sugar and salt to quite some extent.
