- Your knees must be in line with the pivot,and your back must be flat straight against the backrest all the time.The ankle support must be slightly above your feet.This is the starting position.
- Hold the handles,placed at your sides,and gently curl your feet outwards,so that your legs are completely straight.
- Squeeze your quadriceps hard,and return back to the starting position.Do not go back fully,to let the weights rest on each other,but keep control of the motion of the weights.
- Remember-Light to moderate weight must be chosen.Correct form is more important than heavy weights.
- Do around 12-15 reps per set,while do a max of 3 sets in a workout.
